Vertiv Q3 2026 Revenue Rises 61% as Data Center Infrastructure Demand Accelerates

October 30, 2026 | Market Watch

Vertiv reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $4.31 billion on October 28, up 61% from the same period last year, as demand for data center power and cooling infrastructure continued to expand.

Organic sales grew 55%, while organic orders increased by more than 100% year over year. The company also raised its full-year revenue guidance, with the midpoint reaching $14.65 billion, $650 million above its previous forecast.

The figures reflect Vertiv's overall critical digital infrastructure business, not UPS sales alone.

Asia-Pacific revenue increases by nearly 50%

Vertiv's Asia-Pacific revenue reached $779.3 million in the third quarter, compared with $519.8 million a year earlier. That represents 49.9% reported growth and 48.3% organic growth.

The Americas remained its largest market, generating approximately $2.99 billion in quarterly sales, up 74.5%. Europe, the Middle East and Africa contributed $544.7 million, an increase of 22.8%.

These regional figures indicate broad demand for data center infrastructure, although Vertiv did not provide a separate Southeast Asian revenue breakdown.

What the results mean for data center power planning

Vertiv supplies power distribution, UPS systems, thermal management equipment and related infrastructure services. Its financial results therefore offer a view of spending across several parts of the data center supply chain.

For electrical contractors, equipment distributors and data center developers, higher infrastructure spending can mean greater attention to power capacity, distribution architecture, equipment delivery schedules and cooling requirements.

However, the reported growth cannot be used to calculate UPS market expansion or individual product-category sales without additional data.

Vertiv's revised guidance points to continued demand through the remainder of 2026, while project execution and supply-chain capacity remain important considerations for infrastructure suppliers.
