The BLAZING POWER SG-20KVA is a 20 kVA three-phase step-up isolation transformer designed to convert 220 V AC input into 380 V AC output while providing galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary windings.
It is suitable for industrial facilities where the available three-phase power supply does not match the rated voltage of imported machinery and electrical equipment.
For example, some industrial sites in the Philippines and Southeast Asia operate on three-phase 220 V or 230 V power systems, while imported machinery may require three-phase 380 V. The SG-20KVA provides a practical voltage conversion solution without requiring major changes to the existing electrical distribution system.
The transformer features a floor-standing metal enclosure, a front-mounted digital voltage display, ventilation openings, and caster wheels for convenient positioning.

Rated currents are calculated using the standard three-phase transformer formula, based on rated apparent power and line-to-line voltage.
1. Three-phase voltage conversion
Converts three-phase 220 V AC to three-phase 380 V AC, allowing electrical equipment designed for higher voltage systems to operate with a compatible supply.
2. Electrical isolation
Separate primary and secondary windings provide galvanic isolation between the incoming supply and connected equipment. Proper grounding and protective devices are still required.
3. 20 kVA rated capacity
Supports three-phase equipment within the transformer's rated capacity, provided that starting current, power factor, harmonics, and operating conditions are considered.
4. Digital voltage monitoring
A front-mounted digital meter allows operators to check the displayed voltage during operation.
5. Practical cabinet design
The metal enclosure includes ventilation openings and caster wheels, making the transformer convenient to position in indoor industrial installations.
Industrial machinery: Voltage conversion for suitable CNC machines, production equipment, control systems, and industrial motors requiring three-phase 380 V.
Factories in Southeast Asia: Matching 220 V three-phase electrical supplies with imported machinery designed for 380 V operation.
UPS power systems: Providing the required input voltage for compatible three-phase UPS equipment when the available facility voltage differs from the UPS specification.
Electrical testing: Supplying three-phase 380 V to appropriately rated testing instruments and laboratory equipment.
Before installation, confirm the input voltage, operating frequency, secondary wiring arrangement, load capacity, and equipment starting current.
If a three-phase 380 V system with a neutral conductor is required, the secondary winding must be designed with an accessible neutral point. Neutral grounding and protective earthing must follow the applicable electrical design and local regulations.
Transformer capacity should be selected based on actual load current, power factor, and any special starting or nonlinear load requirements.
An isolation transformer does not provide battery backup or automatic voltage regulation. Where these functions are required, additional UPS or voltage stabilization equipment may be necessary
