The BLAZING POWER W-30KL is a 30 kVA / 24 kW low frequency online UPS with a built-in output isolation transformer. It supplies three-phase 380 / 400 / 415 V loads at an output power factor of 0.8.
A 6-pulse SCR rectifier and inverter provide online power protection, with 0 ms utility-to-battery transfer. Separate main and bypass inputs allow the power paths to be planned around the site's distribution system.
The external VRLA battery bank is selected for the connected load and required backup time. Generator input, parallel operation and monitoring options can be specified with the system.
The W-30KL includes an output isolation transformer for applications requiring galvanic isolation at the UPS output.
Output voltage regulation is ±1%. Sine-wave output has distortion of ≤2% with a linear load and ≤4% with a non-linear load.
The main input accepts 285–485 V AC phase-to-phase, with nominal voltage options of 380 / 400 / 415 V.
The inverter supplies the load during normal online operation, with 0 ms transfer from utility to battery power.
Main and bypass power paths can be incorporated into the upstream distribution plan. Generator input is supported.
Up to 4 units can operate in parallel. RS232, USB, RS485 and dry contacts are provided; SNMP is available as an option.
Typical projects include production controls, process electronics and equipment rooms supplied from a three-phase distribution board. Check the connected equipment's load, starting current and supply requirements when selecting the UPS.
PLC cabinets, HMI panels, instrumentation and remote I/O serving a production cell. For CNC equipment, identify whether backup is needed for the controls alone or the complete machine, including its drives.
Tension controls, registration systems, web guides and inspection electronics along a printing or converting line. Assess main drive motors and dryer heaters separately before including them in the UPS load.
Servers, storage, network switches and monitoring equipment supplied through the room's distribution system. Select battery capacity for the required shutdown period or the time needed for standby power to become available.
Compatible analysers, data acquisition systems and test-bench controls. Include any intermittent or pulsed loads in the equipment list so their peak demand can be checked during selection.

The standard string uses 32 × 12 V VRLA batteries for 384 VDC. The UPS supports 29–32 batteries, corresponding to 348 / 360 / 372 / 384 VDC. The configured battery count must match the installed string.
Battery capacity in Ah is selected from the actual load and target runtime. Battery condition and operating temperature also affect available backup time.
Charging current: 40 A maximum; 5 A at full load. Include the available recharge period when specifying the battery bank, especially for long backup times or frequent outages.
For a battery quotation, provide the load in kW, backup time in minutes, battery installation location and approximate cable route to the UPS.
EPO (Emergency Power Off) and ECO mode are supported.
The standard 3.5-inch LCD provides operating information and alarm status. A 7-inch full-color touchscreen is optional.
Alarms cover output overload, utility abnormalities, UPS faults and low battery voltage, with access to alarm history. RS232, USB, RS485 and dry contacts support communication; an optional SNMP card enables network monitoring.
The W-30KL is rated at 30 kVA / 24 kW. Check both the total kVA and kW of the connected equipment, together with starting current and short-duration peaks. Send the equipment list and any planned additions for sizing.
Runtime depends on the connected load and selected battery bank. Provide the load in kW and required backup time for battery sizing; the 30 kVA rating does not establish a fixed runtime.
Yes. The supported range is 29–32 batteries, with nominal string voltages of 348 / 360 / 372 / 384 VDC. Battery count and charging settings must be configured for the installed bank.
The external bank can be sized for the required runtime. Check charging and recharge-time requirements as part of the configuration: charging current is 40 A maximum and 5 A at full load.
The UPS cabinet measures 405 × 656 × 941 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 193 kg. Plan space for the external batteries, cable access, ventilation and servicing. Confirm the required clearances and handling arrangements before installation.
Yes. The W-30KL configuration includes a built-in output isolation transformer. Nominal three-phase input and output voltages are 380 / 400 / 415 V.
Generator input is supported, and up to 4 UPS units can operate in parallel. Specify the supply arrangement and parallel requirements when requesting a quotation.
RS232, USB, RS485 and dry contacts are standard. An SNMP card is optional for network monitoring. The standard display is a 3.5-inch LCD, with a 7-inch full-color touchscreen available as an option.
