The W-200KL is the 200 kVA / 160 kW model in this three-phase low frequency UPS range. Its output isolation transformer and separate input paths make it suitable for projects with a substantial protected distribution. The UPS cabinet and external VRLA battery bank are specified as parts of one electrical system, not as interchangeable stand-alone items.
High-capacity power requires a system-level check
At this rating, the central question is which loads will remain connected during a utility failure and how they behave at peak demand. A plant may have several machines operating simultaneously; an imaging facility may include equipment with distinct input peaks and operating schedules.
The output is 200 kVA / 160 kW. Battery autonomy, input protection and generator compatibility have to be assessed separately. The 285–485 V AC main input range does not replace the separate 304–456 V AC static bypass specification.
Projects that call for a 200 kVA UPS
Do not use 200 kVA as a proxy for a fixed number of machines or minutes of battery runtime. The protected-load schedule and requested autonomy determine the electrical and battery design.
Battery configuration
The W-200KL uses an external VRLA battery bank. The nominal system is 384 VDC with 32 × 12 V batteries. The battery quantity can be configured from 29 to 32 batteries, corresponding to 348 / 360 / 372 / 384 VDC.
Charging voltage is adjustable from 395–435 VDC. The manufacturer lists charging-current values of up to 40 A and 5 A at full UPS load. Available charging current depends on UPS loading and the supplied charger configuration. Battery Ah capacity should be selected based on the connected load and required backup time.

Installation considerations
Provide a current and cable schedule for the AC mains, bypass, output and DC battery circuits. Specify the external battery bank and its protection from the actual 160 kW maximum output and intended runtime.
At 705 × 1051 × 1646 mm and 790 kg, the cabinet needs a documented delivery path, floor-loading check and service clearance. Match the generator and upstream switchgear to the final design rather than to a nominal kVA rule.

For sizing support, provide the protected-load schedule, simultaneous peak demand, site input/output voltage, required battery autonomy and generator or bypass arrangements. The UPS and battery system must be specified together.
