BLAZING POWER W-200KL is a 200 kVA / 160 kW three-phase low frequency online UPS for industrial equipment, medical imaging systems and other large critical loads. It uses online double-conversion technology with a built-in output isolation transformer, dual-input design and an external 384 VDC battery system.
Built for high-capacity three-phase loads
The W-200KL is intended for projects where the protected load is too large for smaller UPS capacities or where additional operating margin is required. At this power level, cable size, breaker selection, battery discharge current and generator matching become part of the UPS selection process.
Typical applications for a 200 kVA UPS
A 200 kVA low frequency UPS is typically used for large three-phase loads where continuous online power, electrical isolation and an external battery bank are required.
For medical imaging and industrial projects, the 200 kVA rating should not be selected from the equipment nameplate alone. Final sizing should be checked against actual kW load, peak demand, load power factor, battery charging demand and any planned expansion.
Battery configuration
The W-200KL uses an external battery bank with a nominal DC voltage of 384 V. The standard configuration is 32 × 12 V batteries in series, with 29–32 batteries adjustable according to the UPS configuration.
Battery capacity should be selected according to the real kW load and required backup time. Runtime should not be estimated from the 200 kVA UPS rating alone.

Installation considerations
Before installation, confirm the actual load in kW and kVA, maximum operating current, cable route and length, battery backup time, DC breaker rating, AC breaker rating, ventilation and maintenance clearance.
For a 200 kVA UPS, battery and power cables should be sized from the actual project current and installation distance rather than copied from a smaller UPS model. If the UPS is supplied by a generator, generator capacity should include the UPS input demand, battery charging load and load-step characteristics.
