A hospital in the Philippines ordered a 100kVA three-phase voltage stabilizer from BLAZING POWER for a new X-ray system. We built the SBW-100KVA unit to regulate the supply voltage and protect the imaging equipment from sags and surges.

SBW-100KVA assembly and testing

We assembled, inspected, and tested the stabilizer at the TAFENG factory before shipment. The unit provides automatic voltage regulation and protection against abnormal operating conditions.

The front cabinet gives access to the control system and electrical components for operation and maintenance. A digital LCD on the front panel displays input voltage, output voltage, current, frequency, and operating status, so operators can check the power condition at a glance.

Why X-ray equipment needs voltage stabilization

X-ray systems need a steady supply for consistent operation. Input voltage fluctuations can shift the tube voltage and add stress to the high-voltage generation circuitry, which hurts image quality and wears the equipment.

The stabilizer holds the output within ±3% under its specified operating conditions, keeping the X-ray system and its associated load on a clean, steady supply. For this Philippine hospital, we selected the 100kVA capacity to cover the X-ray system and its connected electrical load.
